Every spring, the sailboats which adorn the Lake Michigan summer horizon migrate from their winter hibernation, through the dance of the raising bridges alongside Wacker Drive, and finally out to their harbor home.
The inset photo, which shows a small group of sailboats, as well as other marine traffic, making their way along the Chicago River, was taken on a beautiful May morning from the Chicago offices of Responsive Network Services.
With the signs of spring becoming clearer, it's time to look forward to the months of warmer weather and heavier storms. Verify with your Responsive consultant that your network is ready to handle the power fluctuations and outages that thunderstorms and overworked power grids can bring.
It's also a great time to review your organization's backup strategies. If one of your team members is responsible for taking a backup instance offsite (home) with them, make sure that another team member will be handling that responsibility during that well-deserved summer vacation.
There are many more issues which need attention and review by a small business I.T. professional support team. Responsive Network Services is ready to assist you with the specific needs of your firm throughout summer and the other three seasons. Feel free to get Responsive at 888-RNS-IS I.T.
